An organization’s culture and policy will determine the level of diversity, inclusiveness and sustainability within a corporate supply chain. It all begins with spend. Once the culture of an organization shifts from a narrowly defined identity to one of cultural inclusiveness, a sustainable and successful model of global diversity is achieved.
